Coleman County Telephone Cooperative is pleased to announce the appointment of Kandra Young as its new General Manager, effective Monday, September 16th, 2024.
Young brings nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong background in marketing, customer experience, and strategic planning. She previously held the role of Director of Customer Experience at WNM Communications, where she led multiple departments and developed strategies focused on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Young is particularly drawn to the mission of Coleman County, noting that rural communities often expect more from their service providers. She is committed to delivering on those expectations and ensuring that Coleman County remains a leader in providing reliable telecommunications solutions.
The Coleman board of directors expressed confidence in Young’s ability to guide the cooperative into the future. “Kandra’s leadership, vision, and dedication to customer-centricity make her the ideal candidate to lead Coleman County,” said Roddy Dean, Board President. “We are excited for the energy and ideas she will bring to the cooperative.”
Young takes over at a pivotal time for Coleman County, as the cooperative looks to expand services and continue improving the quality of life for the communities it serves.

Originally from the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico, Kandra is married to Milo and is a proud mom to their son, Cooper. She’s a passionate sports enthusiast, loves watching her favorite team ropers and adores her Corgi, Joey. Please join us in welcoming Kandra to the CCTC family!
